UMG to provide sales, marketing and manufacturing support to new product line.

January 4, 1999 -- Richard Gibby, President of UMG Promotions and Todd Hallis of Chili Chiller announced today that UMG Promotions would become a prime marketing partner for the new product line introduced by the Scottsdale, Arizona company.  Chili Chiller  is a FDA approved pitcher cooler that can cool down beverages from room temperature to "freezing" in just seconds, by merely adding ice.

In addition to marketing the new product line, UMG will provide manufacturing, printing, assembly, packaging and worldwide fulfillment services for the entire Chili Chiller product line.
